Step 1: Initial Consultation

We follow a consultative approach and take the time to genuinely understand your property requirements including but not limited to: type of purchaser, preferred location, property type and configuration, funding status and timing requirements. Typically 15-20 min consult.

Step 2: Funding & Property Matching

Once your funding status and capacity has been established, we can then explore a myriad of Off-Market and Exclusive Developer Stock to shortlist the best fit, based on your criteria and our strategy established in the Initial Consultation.

Step 3: Inspect & Reserve

After shortlisting your preferred properties we inspect the Completed Properties (or Display suites for OTP). When we have successfully selected your preferred property we then negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best possible price, incentive packages and terms based on our established relationships with Developers.
